There is the energy of the business and there is the energy of all the people playing a role within the business. I hold the space for all to coexist and harmoniously approach this relationship like an intricate puzzle, a dance or piece of fine art. Each element and shape moving and morphing from the ether and then fitting together to accomplish a need, goal or mission.

This requires space and discernment, comfort in the discomfort, coaxing, attention, and love. The result of this fine tuning approach takes time, patience, and faith, but if all parts are open and willing, there is the potential to create a big imprint with lasting change.
